10-WEEK ALL LEVELS TRAINING PROGRAMS
FOR ATHLETES IN GRADES 2-4 & 5-7

Registration is open for Session II our Winter Sports Performance program! Prepare your child for a season of athletic growth and skills development. Designed exclusively for athletes entering grades 2-4 & 5-7, our program offers targeted training to meet their age-specific needs.

Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, your child will engage in dynamic sessions focused on enhancing key athletic qualities such as speed, agility, conditioning, explosive power, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. Our goal is to create an engaging environment that fosters athletic development and camaraderie.

Highlights


Here are the key features of our Winter Sports Performance program:

  • Speed, agility, and conditioning drills: Develop and enhance your child's speed, reflexes, and endurance through a series of dynamic drills tailored to their age group.
  • Explosive power training: Boost your child's explosive power through plyometric exercises, jumping and landing techniques, and quickness drills.
  • Upper and lower body strength exercises: Build a solid foundation of strength and improve performance with carefully selected exercises targeting both the upper and lower body.
  • Flexibility training: Improve range of motion, prevent injuries, and aid muscle recovery with our comprehensive flexibility training, which includes foam rolling, stretching, and muscle activation techniques.
  • Injury reduction techniques: Our program focuses on identifying and correcting muscular imbalances to improve stability and reduce the risk of injuries.

Session I


October 29 - December 21, 2023
8-Week All Levels Sports Performance Training Program

  • Classes 5x Per Week Sunday thru Thursday
  • 60-Minute Training Sessions
  • Grades 2-4 Train @ 5:30-6:30pm
  • Grades 5-7 Train @ 6:30-7:30pm
  • Excludes Thanksgiving Day (Nov 23)

January 2 - March 17, 2024

  • Classes 5x Per Week Sunday thru Thursday
  • 60-Minute Training Sessions
  • Grades 2-4 Train @ 5:30-6:30pm

  • Excludes Super Bowl Sunday (Feb 11)
