Winter Sports Performance

Registration opening in Fall 2022

Ready to increase your speed, agility, and power? Our infamous Sports Performance program is back and ready to roll for the winter season. We're rolling out two sessions this year to provide you the option to train 5x per week for either 8, 10, or the full 18 weeks. 



  • Speed, Agility & Conditioning
  • Explosive Power: Plyometrics, Jumping, Landing, First Step, Quickness
  • Strength: Upper & Lower Body Weight Strength
  • Flexibility: Foam Rolling, Stretching, Muscle Activation
  • Injury Reduction: Identify Correct Muscular Imbalances, Stabilization

Training Sun-Thurs

4:30pm - Grades 9-12
5:30pm - Grades 3-5
6:30pm - Grades 6-8
