Winter Sports Performance

Registration is now open!

Ready to increase your speed, agility, and power? Our infamous Sports Performance program is back and ready to roll for the winter season. We're rolling out two sessions this year to provide you the option to train 5x per week for either 8, 10, or the full 18 weeks.

Classes are for all levels and progress in difficulty each week. Registration is open to athletes in grades 2-4 & 5-7 (Elementary and Middle School). Looking for a winter program for your high schooler? Head to this page!

Nov 1 - Dec 22, 2022

8-Week Program
Training 5x per Week Sun-Thurs

Grades 2-4 @ 5:30-6:30pm
Grades 5-7 @ 6:30-7:30pm

*No training on Thursday, November 24 (Thanksgiving Day)
 

Session II


Jan 2 - Mar 9, 2023

10-Week Program
Training 5x per Week Sun-Thurs

Grades 2-4 @ 5:30-6:30pm
Grades 5-7 @ 6:30-7:30pm

*No training Sunday, February 12 (Super Bowl Sunday)
