Private Training Intro Session

Our Private Training Intro Session is a 1:1 or 2:1 session designed to help athletes learn, move, and train with purpose. This 60-minute session allows our coaches to assess movement patterns, introduce key training principles, and help you determine the best next step for your goals.

A $50 deposit secures your session and is applied toward any training package or membership if you decide to continue. There’s no long-term commitment — just a chance to see if Team Speed is the right fit for you.

Private, SEMI-PRIVATE & Group Pricing

At Team Speed, every athlete gets the coaching, feedback, and structure they need to perform at their best. Our private, semi-private, and small group training sessions are designed for athletes who want more individualized attention and customized programming within a motivating, small-group environment.

All training packages are per athlete, and all groups are self-formed — meaning you choose who you train with. (We don’t form groups for athletes.) Packages are available in sets of 5, 10, or 20 sessions and can be used flexibly to fit your schedule.

1:1 Private Training

$95 per session
Individualized coaching and programming focused entirely on your goals.

 

2:1 Semi-Private Training

$65 per athlete, per session
Train alongside a partner for shared motivation and focused, individualized coaching.

 

Small Group Training (3–10 athletes)

$45 per athlete, per session
Ideal for friends or teammates of similar skill levels who want a motivating small-group setting.

 

Team Training (11–20 athletes)

$30 per athlete, per session
Custom programming designed specifically for organized teams looking to improve speed, strength, and performance together.

 

Large Team Training (21–40 athletes)

$20 per athlete, per session
Perfect for full teams, clubs, or school programs seeking cohesive, high-energy team training.

 


 

How It Works

  1. Form Your Group
    Decide who you’d like to train with — a teammate, a few friends, or your entire team. All semi-private and group sessions are self-formed.

  2. Choose Your Package
    Packages are available in sets of 5, 10, or 20 sessions per athlete. Larger team training options can be customized based on your group’s needs and schedule.

  3. Book Your Sessions
    Once your package is purchased, we’ll help you get your training sessions scheduled. Private and semi-private sessions can be booked directly in the Team Speed app, by phone at (303)779-3640 or by email to support@teamspeedco.com.

  4. Train. Track. Improve.
    Our coaches guide you through goal-based programming focused on speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic development. You’ll track progress every step of the way.

 


 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you form groups for athletes?
No — all semi-private and small group sessions are self-formed. You choose who you train with. If you’re looking for open enrollment training, check out our Youth Sports Performance and High School Speed & Strength programs.

Can I share a package with another athlete?
No — packages are per athlete, not per session. Each athlete must have their own package or account for billing and scheduling purposes.

How long do I have to use my sessions?
Packages are active for six months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

What happens if someone in my group cancels?
All private and small group sessions follow a 24-hour cancellation policy. If an athlete cancels within 24 hours of a scheduled session, the session is deducted from their package.

Can I switch from private to semi-private or small group later?
Yes — you can move into a new training format at any time. Rates are based on the type of session you’re participating in.
