High School Winter Speed & Strength Program

Are you ready to become a stronger, faster athlete? Our former high school sports performance program has evolved into a more comprehensive speed and strength program for athletes in grades 8-12! Receive training from our highly-trained coaching staff for ultimate speed and strength gains 5x per week this winter season - now open for registration!

Classes are more advanced for athletes either in or out of season looking to continue to build strength and speed. Classes progress in difficulty each week.
