High School Spring Speed & Strength Program

Are you ready to become a stronger, faster athlete? Our former high school sports performance program has evolved into a more comprehensive speed and strength program for athletes in grades 8-12! Receive training from our highly-trained coaching staff for ultimate speed and strength gains 5x per week this spring season.

Lock in your spot ASAP - Space is extremely limited!

Classes are more advanced for athletes in any sport either in or out of season looking to continue to build strength and speed. Classes progress in difficulty each week.
