All memberships auto-renew. Written cancellation notice must be sent to info@teamspeedco.com before your next billing date. No refunds are given after payment is processed, but cancellation can be scheduled for your next billing cycle. Members are responsible for tracking their sessions and billing dates via the Momence app or by contacting our team.

We believe in measurable progress. Each month, we assess key athletic benchmarks to help athletes set goals and improve performance. There are 3 testing dates for our summer program: June 13, July 11, and August 8. Testing sessions will take place in lieu of a regular training session from 8 AM - 9 AM.
