Summer High School Speed & Strength Training Program for Athletes Ages 13+

Elevate your performance this summer with Team Speed’s premier training for high school athletes. Designed for all sports—football, basketball, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, and more—our program focuses on speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention to help you dominate the season.

Summer Training Schedule


  • When: June 2 – August 8, Monday-Friday
  • Time: 8–9 AM
  • Location: Team Speed
  • Class Length: 60 minutes
  • Performance Testing: June 13, July 11, August 8 (replaces class on those days)

Summer Training Packages (Ages 13+)


These memberships begin immediately upon signup and renew monthly until canceled.

5x/Month – $149/month

  • Includes 5 sessions per month + 1 guest pass
  • No rollover of unused sessions
  • Renews monthly until canceled

Unlimited – $199/month

  • Unlimited sessions + 1 guest pass & 1 recovery boot session
  • Renews monthly untile canceled

Monthly Performance Testing


Each month, we track progress in key areas to help athletes set goals and measure gains. Testing takes place during class on these dates:

  • July 11
  • August 8

Tests Include:

  • Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • Pro Agility (5-10-5)
  • 10-Yard Sprint
  • 300-Yard Shuttle
  • Push-ups & Pull-ups
