If you're a high school athlete seeking to enhance your speed, strength, and overall athletic performance, this is the program for you. Our expert coaches are dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential, making you faster, more powerful, and more explosive on the field or court.

Designed exclusively for athletes entering grades 8-12, our comprehensive training program is tailored to address the specific needs of high school athletes like you. We provide training sessions five times a week throughout the fall, ensuring you receive the focused attention and guidance necessary to achieve your goals.

Here are the key features of our Fall High School Speed & Strength Program:

  • Ultimate speed, agility, and conditioning drills: Experience a series of dynamic drills that target your speed, agility, and endurance, allowing you to excel on the field or court.
  • Comprehensive strength training: Learn the foundations of Olympic powerlifting and develop strength that translates into improved athletic performance.
  • Emphasis on proper form and technique: Our coaches prioritize correct form and technique to maximize your training results and minimize the risk of injury.

  • 4:30-5:30pm Sunday thru Thursday
  • Coach-Led Training 5x Per Week
  • For Athletes in Grades 8-12
  • Excludes Labor Day (Sep 4)
