For 25 years, Coach Sterling has trained D1, D2, and collegiate-level athletes, helping them maximize their strength, speed, and endurance before returning to school. Now it’s your turn.

Session 1 | May 9 - June 20 (6 Weeks)
May 9: Packet Review Day
May 12 - June 18: Training Mon/Wed/Fri, 6:30 - 7:30 AM
June 20: Testing Day

Session 2 | June 20 - August 1 (6 Weeks)
June 20: Packet Review Day
June 23 - July 30: Training Mon/Wed/Fri, 6:30 - 7:30 AM
August 1: Testing Day

$570 per 6-week session
OR
$1100 for both sessions (Full Summer Training)
