This two-session style, 6-week program focuses on speed, strength, endurance, injury prevention, and fitness test preparation to ensure you're ready to dominate your upcoming season.

  • Train 3x per week (Mon/Wed/Fri, 6:45-7:45 AM) 
  • Comprehensive fitness testing & progress tracking
