Sterlings Summer College Program


Collegiate-level training for active and incoming collegian athletes. Get fit, strong, and mentally ready to pass your fitness test when you head back to school. Train with Coach Sterling, Team Speed Owner and Coaching Director. This will be Sterling's 10th year preparing D1 & D2 athletes for the demands of their Fall Season. Registration is now open for our Summer 2021 sessions.

Session I

  • May 17 - June 25, 2021 (6 Weeks)
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 6:30am-7:30am SOLD OUT

Session II

  • June 28 - July 30, 2021 (5 Weeks)
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday


Training will take place at our main facility, Sterling's Team Speed. The address is 8170 S University Blvd, Suite #190 in Centennial, CO 80122.


Covid-19 Protocols

Per the mask order, masks must be worn during training. Symptom screening and temperature checks will take place before each training session.
