Improving Core Strength & Overall Fitness are key components to each of Sterling’s Team Speed’s programs, aimed at bettering athletic performance as well as decreasing injuries. Our coaches also work to improve an athlete’s mental fitness and confidence in the game.

Programs are stressed versus a single drop-in class. It takes time for the body to learn new movement patterns. When under pressure, the body always refers back to the last habit it learned,  so until you build the techniques or muscle memory into a habit, you need to have patience and practice.

We specialize in the development of athletes at all levels and are committed to assisting each individual client in reaching their goals.
