All-Levels Sports Performance Training for Athletes in Grades 2–7

At Team Speed, we prepare young athletes for long-term success through fun, challenging, and expertly coached sports performance training. Whether your child is new to athletics or already in competition, our youth program helps build speed, strength, coordination, and confidence.

Summer Training Schedule


We are currently offering classes through August 31. Classes will pause in September as we prepare for our winter program (launch date and details coming soon!).

Dates: June 2 – August 8
Time: Monday – Friday, 9:30 – 11:00 AM
Duration: 90 Minutes

Updated Schedule (August 10 – 31)

Location: Team Speed Facility
Dates: August 10 – August 31
Time: Sunday – Thursday, 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Duration: 60 Minutes

August Unlimited Membership – $179


Train as often as you’d like through August 31 for a flat fee of $179.

Includes:

  • Unlimited access to youth training sessions

  • 1 free guest pass

  • 1 free recovery boot session
