Our seasonal training programs are now available to our youth athletes year-round! Prepare your child for athletic growth and skills development with our youth sports performance classes, offered all year long! Designed exclusively for athletes in grades 2-7, our program offers targeted training to meet their age-specific needs.

Train as often you want by becoming an Unlimited Member! This membership is best for athletes seeking to train at least 2x/week and see faster results with increasing their speed and agility.

Seasonal and 12-Month Members also enjoy 1 free guest pass each month and 1 free recovery boot session each month.

Seasonal Performance Testing


On the second Sunday of each month, we conduct testing to track progress and set new goals. Tests include:

  • Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • Pro-Agility (5-10-5 yards)
  • 10-Yard Sprint
  • Shuttle (150 yards)
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups

5:30 - 6:30 PM (Grades 2-4) 
6:30 - 7:30 PM (Grades 5-7) 

Monday to Thursday
5:30 - 6:30 PM (Grades 2-4) 
6:30 - 7:30 PM (Grades 5-7)
