All memberships auto-renew. Written cancellation notice must be sent to info@teamspeedco.com before your next billing date. No refunds are given after payment is processed, but cancellation can be scheduled for your next billing cycle. Members are responsible for tracking their sessions and billing dates via the Momence app or by contacting our team.

Monthly Performance Testing


During the Spring season, we will conduct performance testing on the second Sunday of each month. The tests we run during these sessions include:

  • Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • Pro-Agility (5-10-5 yards)
  • 10-Yard Sprint
  • Shuttle (300 yards)
  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups

You can purchase a New Client Drop-In online, or contact us at info@teamspeedco.com to get any questions you have answered! Please note: Drop-ins are reserved for New Clients only so they have the opportunity to try us out before committing to a membership.
