Advanced Training Program for Athletes in Grades 8-12

If you're a high school athlete seeking to enhance your speed, strength, and overall athletic performance, these classes are for you. Our expert coaches are dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential, making you faster, more powerful, and more explosive on the field or court.

We are currently offering classes through August 31. Classes will pause in September as we prepare for our winter program (launch date and details coming soon!).

Times: Sun, 5:30–6:30 PM / Mon/Wed, 6:30–7:30 PM / Tue/Thu, 4:30–5:30 PM

August Unlimited Membership – $199


Train as often as you’d like through August 31 for a flat fee of $199.

Monthly Performance Testing


We will conduct performance testing every month. The tests we run during these sessions include:

  • Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • Pro-Agility (5-10-5 yards)
  • 10-Yard Sprint
  • Shuttle (300 yards)
  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups
