Train as often you want by becoming an Unlimited Member! This membership is best for athletes seeking to train at least 2x/week and see faster results with increasing their speed and agility.

Seasonal and 12-Month Members also enjoy 1 free guest pass each month and 1 free recovery boot session each month.

Seasonal Performance Testing


Once per month, we conduct testing to track progress and set new goals. Tests include:

  • Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • Pro-Agility (5-10-5 yards)
  • 10-Yard Sprint
  • Shuttle (300 yards)
  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups

4:30-5:30 PM every Sunday thru Thursday
