The Grind Never Stops!

The grind never stops, especially when you're a D1 athlete. These girls may have just finished finals, but it's time to hit the ground running (pun intended) with summer fitness! Pre season will be here before you know it, and these 2 will be prepared- no doubt. Peyton and Megan ran 1 minute sprint intervals followed by 1 minute of recovery to challenge their speed and endurance.
