A great drill for improving speed, power and explosiveness, Xavier has been working his tail off to prepare for his upcoming baseball season at Arapahoe. Resistance training is a useful tool for athletes of all types. Whether you're looking to increase your overall speed, attain a more explosive 10 yeard start, or maximize a change of pace/direction, incorporating some sort of resistance training will make a difference. Xavier has been training with Coach Matt for a couple of months now and has already made astounding improvements- crushing 3 of the Team Speed records for his age this week.
