Sterling's Adult Boot Camp

Train for cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Sterling's Boot Camp is designed for you to get fit and get healthy. Challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly, MAKE FITNESS FUN!

Tuesday / Friday- 5:30-6:30AM

Matt's Adult Boot Camp

When you come to this class expect an overall workout from head-to-toe. Participants experience weight lifting, core, endurance, cardio and hopefully fun.

Tuesday / Thursdays - 9:00-10:00AM
